    • This three-part webinar series provides laboratory professionals with essential quality management system (QMS) principles  to improve laboratory processes, assessments, and compliance with international standards. Each session is designed to be interactive, featuring expert insights and real-world applications to strengthen laboratory quality.

      • Webinar 1: Process Management – Focuses on the process-based approach to quality management as outlined in ISO 15189, ISO 17025, and ISO 9001. Participants will learn to identify key laboratory processes, define them effectively, and monitor their performance.

      • Webinar 2: Laboratory Assessments – Covers types of laboratory assessments, their purpose, and benefits. The session will also introduce quality indicators, certification, and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with laboratory standards.

      • Webinar 3: Management of Nonconforming Events – Explores strategies to identify, analyze, and address nonconforming events using root cause analysis. Participants will also differentiate between preventive, remedial, and corrective actions for continuous quality improvement.
